Angel’s journey in the fitness world began the moment he endured his first pulse as a thigh warrior in 2018. As a singer-songwriter and a producer of his craft, he strives to BOOST your day with his light-hearted jokes accompanied with his mindfulness and bass-filled workouts.
Andre, as a former athlete, remains passionate in having an active and healthy lifestyle. He finds time to keep his physique in tip top shape in order to inspire the people around him and have a more positive outlook in life. A real-estate agent by day and a fitness junkie by night, he believes in commitment and helping the people around him be better versions of themselves.
Cathy loves movement of all kinds. When she isn't on the mat or at the barre, you can catch her rock climbing, spinning, or just working out with friends.
She is a certified yoga teacher, having trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Kids Yoga, and Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga. She is also working towards her Personal Trainer certification with the American College of Exercise.
