The following packages are eligible for 20 START card points: 5/ 10/ 20 /30 / 40 and 50 class package
The following packages are eligible for 10 START card points: 2 for 1 New Comer's Monthly Special Monthly Unlimited (for back to back classes, only 1 (ONE) class will be credited) 3 Months Unlimited (for back to back classes, only 1 (ONE) class will be credited)
How to use your START points:
Thigh warriors may use START points to purchase regular packages, promo and sale packages are excluded
Thigh warriors may use START points to purchase packages and FORMA FIT merchandise only
START points cannot be redeemed online, the client must go to any studio to redeem.
START points cannot be redeemed through phone calls or SMS requests, a strict no card no point policy is observed
Consignment and FOOD items are not included
Points cannot be transferred to another client
Points cannot be exchange for cash and are non transferrable
Points expire after 1 year
Earning Points:
START card must be presented to claim points for a class.
No card no POINTS policy is strictly observed
START points activates within 48 hours after earning
START points expires every calendar year with a 3-month grace period.
All START points rewarded during the calendar year will expire on March 1 of the following year.
All START cards are renewable annualy from date of purchase for PhP 250.00
