It’s Forma Core plus cardio! Still your basic barre class only with more jumps, drills, and high-energy exercises thrown in.

CLASS OF THE MONTH: FORMA MAX formerly known as FORMA M.I.X.E.D

Fast high intensity class! A go-to work out for the men! Simpler moves, more repetitions, one powerful workout for the core and upper body.

FORMA BOOST

This class combines your Forma Core and Forma Strength classes. Forma Boost reinforces what you learn in your Forma Core classes with the dynamics of a Forma Strength class. Expect lots of isometrics and full range movements.

Athletes, Experienced FORMA students, People with joint-related problems, People looking for an alternative to high-intensity workouts

FORMA STRENGTH

Kick it up a notch! Increase your burn and improve your fitness level with a more active and faster-paced workout.

GET A GRIP!

Can’t go to class without your non-slip grippy socks! In case you forget, we have cool pairs in different colors available for purchase at the studio.

BE EARLY, BIRDY

It’s important not to miss ANY part of the workout so DON’T. BE. LATE. Doors close once class starts so try to be there 15 minutes earlier!

TIGHT IS RIGHT

Form-fitting bottoms like leggings or yoga pants are the way to go. There’s gonna be a lot of leg lifting and stretching so unless you want a big reveal, keep it snug!

FIND YOUR PERFECT MATS

Yoga mats are required for Forma Asana, Forma Flow, and Ashtanga classes. If you can’t bring your own, you can rent one at the studio.

SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT

While we enjoy a quick scroll on our social media every now and then, we think keeping the studio a silent phone zone makes our classes even more awesome. So make sure to turn off your phone or keep it on silent mode so we can enjoy our sesh and keep it free from distraction!

STOW WHAT?

Plana Forma is a secure place, but it never hurts to be safe! Always keep an eye on your valuables. Caddies are also on hand to keep your stuff safe while you’re out sweatin ‘away!
