- Individual challenge (each challenger must finish all 12 classes)
- Back to back classes are allowed – maximum 2 classes per day
- Complimentary classes are not counted
- Challenge period: January 18 to February 14
- Thigh Warriors may begin the challenge anytime from January 18 to February 7
