WHAT WE DO

The Plana FORMA technique targets and tones those hard to reach areas such as the arms, abs, seat and thighs using ones own bodyweight as the point of resistance. We work these muscles to the point of exhaustion then stretch them to create those long and lean muscles we all desire. No bulking up! This is what is known as Interval Training Overload. Yes, the Plana FORMA is hard and yes, it is painful but that is also how we know that the technique is effective. Nothing worthwhile in life comes easy! One must work hard to get the results one desires.
